Cancellation policy

You have the right to rescind this contract within fourteen days without providing any justification. This does not pertain to custom-made products.

Exclusion of the right to withdraw

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to contracts for the provision of goods that are customized to customer specifications or are distinctly designed to meet personal requirements.

As all our portraits are meticulously hand-drawn from your photographs, these products are non-returnable.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order within two hours of placement. Following this timeframe, we will commence work on your personalized portrait, and cancellation will no longer be feasible.
