1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed via our online store, RosenaArtStudio.

2. Finalization of the contract

By placing an order, you are presenting a binding offer to establish a contract. The contract is finalized upon our confirmation of the order via email.

3. Product Overview

We provide hand-drawn digital portraits of individuals, pets, and locations. You may select from the following options:

Digital files (digital asset)

Printed and framed portraits (tangible product)

4. Processing Duration

Digital portraits: The hand-drawn digital file will be sent via email within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Printed portraits: The portrait is created within 48 hours, then expertly printed and dispatched within 4 business days.

5. Personalization

All portraits are crafted individually based on the photos you provide. Please ensure that the photos are of high quality.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation is permitted only within two hours of placing the order. Subsequently, we will commence work on your customized portrait.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As these are customized products, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

8. Payment

We accept all standard payment methods. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

9. Liability

We are accountable for intentional acts and gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, unless it pertains to essential contractual obligations.
