Digital portrait files will be dispatched via email to the address provided during the ordering process within 48 hours of order confirmation. There are no shipping fees.

Tangible goods

Printed and framed portraits are handled in the following manner:

Hand-drawn portrait: 48 hours

Professional printing and framing: four working days

Shipping within Germany: 2 to 5 business days

Shipping within the EU: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping costs are presented at checkout and vary based on the destination and the size of the product.
